Q.01

What does a normal week look like?

Most people run somewhere between four and six blocks, which lands around fifteen to twenty-five hours. Some do two evenings and stop there. Both are ordinary here and neither gets treated as a problem.

Q.02

Do I have to talk to anyone?

Only if you want to. The four shifts above are all typed — chat windows, inboxes and record sheets. If a call ever comes up it is arranged in advance, never sprung on you mid-shift.

Q.03

What if I have never done this before?

That describes most people who apply. The training exists precisely because nobody arrives knowing the systems, and the first week is deliberately light while you find your footing.

Q.04

Can I stop or take a break?

Yes. Tell the employer the week before and your blocks come off the roster. Nobody is locked into a notice period on a shift arrangement like this.

Q.05

How and when does pay arrive?

The employer pays you on whatever payroll cycle they already run — usually fortnightly. WorkSparrow never handles your money and never takes a cut from it.
